I beg to certify that I have known Mr Tom Duflon Stutchison from boyhood. He was a pupil here for nearly three years.

Throughout his school career, his conduct was most exemplary. Thus he gained the esteem and goodwill of all his masters. He was at all times a diligent student, thoroughly conscientious and painstaking in his work. He made rapid progress and finally took a good position in the school. In due time he proceeded to the Training College to prepare himself for the future work of teaching. I have had interviews with him from time to time, and can, therefore, testify to his uniform good character. I shall at all times rejoice to hear of his success.
